A Bright Morning with Friends
The day started early at the hotel. Xu Ke spent her morning getting ready with her best friends. They had a great time taking photos with bright balloons and beautiful Oriental decorations. It was a calm and happy start to a very busy day. Xu Ke looked amazing, and you could tell she was so excited to marry Christopher. Soon, the quiet morning turned into a loud and funny party! Christopher arrived at the hotel in a very cool, vintage Volkswagen Beetle. He didn’t come alone; he brought four of his best friends to help him. However, they had to pass some tough tests before he could see his bride. This is a tradition called a “gatecrash,” and it is always a highlight for wedding videography because the reactions are so funny.
The bridesmaids made the boys play some wild games. First, they had to eat biscuits with a lot of spicy wasabi on them! It was hard not to laugh watching their faces turn red. Next, they had to guess which lipstick mark belonged to Xu Ke from a giant pile of tissues. They even had to finish a tricky obstacle course. Finally, Christopher had to chew a piece of bread into the shape of the word “LOVE” with a heart. He did it all with a big smile because he knew Xu Ke was waiting for him.
Traditional Moments During Tea Ceremony

Xu Ke wore a traditional outfit called a kua. Usually, these can be very hot and heavy, but hers was light and airy. She looked stunning and felt comfortable all day. It was very touching to see the couple show respect to their elders during the tea session.

To finish the day, the couple headed to the famous Vineyard at Hort Park for their solemnization. The sun was just starting to set, making everything look golden and magical. This is the perfect setting for high-quality wedding videography.
