Wedding Videography in Singapore | Iris & Zenon
Iris and Zenon’s wedding day was more than just a party. It was an epic adventure full of big surprises! If you are looking for the best wedding videography in Singapore, you want a team that catches every laugh and every tear. This couple showed us that even when things get wild, love stays strong. Their day had everything: a cool car, a funny game, and a very lucky escape from the heavy rain.
A Fast Start with a Singapore Wedding Videographer
The morning started very early while the sky was still dark. Zenon arrived at Iris’s home in a very cool and stylish G-Wagon. First, he did the traditional “orange exchange” to start the day with good luck. Because it was so early, the air was quiet, but everyone was full of energy and excitement.
Next, it was time for the gatecrash games. For a Singapore wedding videographer, these games are the best part to film! Iris has five bridesmaids and one “brides-man” who made a very tough challenge. Since the couple loves to play Mahjong, the games were all about gambling! Zenon had to guess if dice rolls would be “Big or Small.” Every time he was wrong, he had to taste “酸甜苦辣” (sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy) foods.
In addition to the food, there were two very funny moments. One was seeing the brides-man dressed up as a magical fairy! The other was when Zenon ran out of red packets. He actually used a cut-out of a “Love Bank” credit card to pay his way in. Everyone was laughing so hard!
Sweet Moments and Family Love
After the games, Zenon finally saw Iris. She looked so pretty in her strapless white gown and a long veil. When her parents gave her their blessings, Iris started to cry happy tears. Later, Zenon thanked them for raising such a wonderful woman. He promised to make her happy forever. Even though Zenon tried to be “tough,” he also had tears in his eyes. These are the heartfelt memories we love to capture in our films.
Adventure at Upper Seletar Reservoir
Once the family time was finished, the whole group zipped across the island. We went to the beautiful Upper Seletar Reservoir. This is a very famous spot for photos because of the “Lone Tree.” We even met another wedding party there and shared well wishes!
Iris and Zenon brought big inflatable “Double Happiness” signs for their photos. However, the weather suddenly changed. The wind picked up and blew their signs right into the water! Because of this, we had to move very fast. We finished the shoot just in time. As soon as the couple kissed at the end of the aisle, huge raindrops began to fall. We had to run to the cars to stay dry!
Traditional Tea Ceremony and Fun Videos
Finally, we went to Zenon’s house. The couple changed into traditional Chinese “Kua” outfits. The tea ceremony was very emotional as they showed respect to their relatives. Everyone was so kind and happy for them. During a break, they ate “Tangyuan” (sweet rice balls), and Iris kept teasing Zenon. It was a sweet way to end the busy day.
Not only did the video turn out great, but it also had a special touch. Iris had her friends take Polaroid photos all day. We used those photos to make a fun opening for their wedding film! It was a creative way to show their unique story.
We wish Iris and Zenon many more years of laughter and exciting adventures. If you want to see how we can film your big day, check out our wedding packages.
