FAQs
Some common questions you might have regarding your wedding video and the coverage that day

It is part journalistic, part cinematic and totally emotional. Depending on the activities for the day, there are times when I will take a step back so the emotions can fill the space (eg. During your veiling, parents handing your hand over to your fiancé, tea ceremony etc) while other times stand in to lift your spirits to catch a glimpse of the joy you feel deep down in your heart.
I am trying to limit the number of weddings I shoot in a year so that each couple that engages me is my sole focus for that week itself. However, there are times when it is the peak wedding season or “hot date” where most weddings are clustered around those few weekends so remember to book me early so that I have more time to get to know the both of you even better.
I think it is great to know this! It would make the story uniquely yours and allow you to reminisce the day for many years to come.
All my services will definitely include a wedding summary, where all the shots of the day will be compiled into a video in chronological order (from morning until night) so you can relive your day from start to end. There is also a wedding highlights which you can opt to have it edited on your wedding day so you can show your guests what happened in the morning (aka morning highlights).
No, there is no split day charge. This is because we will discuss about your wedding day and factor that into your customized package beforehand so there is no surprises
Nope, there isn’t. I will customize a package suitable for the both of you so that you get the maximum amount of coverage without having those charges so that you can focus on enjoying your wedding day without any worry about running up the tab. In the event that it will overrun, I will let you know 15 mins before the coverage ends so you can make a decision if you wish to extend.
Yes, I typically head out with around 3 cameras for the wedding day so there is always a spare in the bag ready at a moment’s notice. I also pack along a backup lens and audio unit in case the scenario on the day changes.
There are 2 main courses of action if that occurs, either a full refund or I will find you a replacement with someone I can trust to handle your wedding with your approval. Rest assured that the only 2 reasons this will occur are because I am sick or was involved in an accident.
No, I will not have. After shooting for a decade, I realized that the emotions I feel capturing those moments rarely transfer onto someone else to edit your wedding video for you. Thus, I usually try to juggle both tasks together on your wedding day so the video flows in sync with the mood of your special day.
In order to minimize the financial burden on your wedding day, it is best to place a 50% deposit to book your wedding date and the remaining 50% after the wedding. Do let me know if there are any cashflow issues so we can figure out a more feasible payment plan.
I am so sorry to hear about this. Yes, I will offer a full refund for your wedding day as long as it is cancelled at least 3 months ahead of your wedding day, no questions asked
