The morning started with a lot of energy. First, the bridesmaids spent time planning a very tricky “gatecrash.” If you don’t know, a gatecrash is a fun Singapore wedding tradition where the groom must pass tests to see his bride. The girls decided to make Bing Xian and his groomsmen write Amanda’s Chinese name. However, they had to use only their mouths to hold the brush! It was hard because her name has almost 20 strokes.
Next, when Bing Xian arrived, he was shocked by the hard games. He even had to guess which body part in a photo belonged to Amanda! To finish the morning, the boys did a funny dance to a famous Blackpink song. After the morning fun, the couple headed to their venue. They chose to have their tea ceremony and solemnization at Marina Bay Sands. Since they wanted the best photos, we went to the boardwalk early.
The sun was shining perfectly on the water. It looked like thousands of tiny diamonds were floating on the waves! This made a beautiful background for their couple shoot and their flower bouquet toss. During the ceremony, they said very sweet vows. Everyone there could tell that their journey as newlyweds would be amazing.

One extra tip for your big day: remember your pets! Amanda and Bing Xian made sure to include their “furbaby” in their wedding photos. We think this is a great idea. Pets are part of the family, too! We made sure to mark this down in our notes so we wouldn’t miss a single cute shot of their dog.
