Wedding Videography in Singapore | Delwyn & Jia Yu

Delwyn and Jia Yu had a wedding day that was filled with both sweet romance and silly fun. Their special day showed exactly why wedding videography in Singapore is so important. From the early morning games to the beautiful lunch, every moment was worth catching on camera. Their story is a great example of how love can be both a grand adventure and a funny journey.

Fun Morning Games for Wedding Videography in Singapore

The day started very early for the five bridesmaids. They wanted to make the morning “gatecrash” as hard as possible for Delwyn and his groomsmen. They decided to use the “four flavors of love” to test the guys. These flavors are sour, sweet, bitter, and spicy. To do this, they made special instant noodles. The noodles had spicy chili, sour vinegar, hot wasabi, sweet chocolate, and even a bitter medicinal soup!

Because they had to fetch the bride early, they played the games at a pick-up point near the condo. They did this so they would not wake up the neighbors. First, Delwyn had to put together a puzzle of Jia Yu’s face. He only got her lips right! Because he failed, the bridesmaids asked for a big red packet of money. Instead, Delwyn gave them a red packet filled with face masks. The bridesmaids were not happy! As a punishment, they used wax strips on the groomsmen’s hairy legs. Later at the party, many guys said one side of their leg felt much cooler than the other!

Capturing Romantic Memories at CHIJMES

After the games, Delwyn had to say ten promises to Jia Yu. She loved them and let him inside. After serving tea to their parents, the couple went to CHIJMES for their wedding lunch. CHIJMES is one of the most famous and pretty places in Singapore.

We arrived while the hall was still empty. This gave us a chance to take romantic couple shots before the guests arrived. As the sun shone through the windows, it felt like magic. During the solemnization, Delwyn and Jia Yu shared a very heart-to-heart moment. Using professional wedding videography in Singapore helps keep these quiet, emotional moments alive forever.

The Nuptial Toast and Yam Seng Tradition

The lunch reception was full of energy. We love filming at such a gorgeous venue because it makes every shot look like a movie. We took unique videos of the couple and their guests during the nuptial toast. One of the best parts was the “Yam Seng” tradition. All their friends and family cheered very loudly to wish the couple a long and happy life together. It was a wonderful way to end the celebration.

We wish Delwyn and Jia Yu a very happy marriage! Their new chapter in life is going to be amazing. If you want to see more stories like this, you can check out our youtube channel.
